The bulk of our work is in manually optimising sites and submitting them to search
engines. We also provide regular reports for our customers so they can see how
successful our work has been.
Whether a new or existing site
Bluefin will index your site more efficiently, we will read and record your key
words and meta tags more accurately and will make sure that your site is correctly
identified with linked and phrased search requests. We will check all links on
your site (both internal and external), and check all images "load up"
time. Once this service is complete we will submit your site to the search engines.
The submission of your site to the search engines is without doubt the most important
part of "getting you to the top". It must be carried out regularly and
once submitted the key words progress should be monitored.

We offer top 10, top 30 and top 50 listings (depending on your budget).

If we fail to get
you the listings you require on at least 50% of those 15 search engines you do
not pay.

reviewed each quarter and if the above criteria has not been met you do not pay

Ongoing Service
The Bluefin offer three guaranteed
service plans offering unrivalled results. Consistent submission will help your
site go to the top of the search engines. Any company serious about the Internet
and the opportunities it offers must participate in one of these plans for a minimum
of 12 months. You only pay these fees at the end of each quarter once you
have seen the results.

Standard Service
£99 + VAT per quarter - After your first service
we will submit your site monthly to the top fifteen search engines using the key-phrases
you chose. We will also continue to service your site monthly, checking hyperlinks,
alt tags and your site html. You will be given monthly reports of your site position
on the search engines. Under the terms of this service if your site does not achieve
15 top 30 listings across 4 search engines you do not pay your next quarterly
fee.

Service
£119 + VAT per quarter - You get all the benefits
of the basic service, however under the terms of this service if your site does
not achieve 10 top 10 listings and 10 top 20 listings across 5 search engines
you only pay for the criteria we have met

Comprehensive
Service
£149 + VAT per quarter - You get all the benefits
of the basic service, however under the terms of this service if your site does
not achieve 25 top 10 listings across 6 search engines you only pay for the criteria
we have met.
Our top 15 search engines are Alta Vista, MSN, Lycos, Overture, Hotbot, Ask Jeeves,
Yahoo, All the Web,Webcrawler, Mirago, AOL, Direct Hit, I Won, Excite,Google.
All guaranteed services are subject to you taking advantage of our first service
offer. After your first service you only pay the quarterly fees in arrears and
only upon us achieving the results. The first payment will commence 12 weeks after
we have completed your first service. If after the 3 month cycle of your chosen
service plan your site is not listed on the search engines as outlined in your
service contract, then all following services are either free or payable subject
to the criteria we have met.
GOLD
The Gold Service - The complete
website marketing package. The Gold Service is for companies who are serious
about staying in the Top 10 for at least a year. We will engineer your site
as usual and get you the Top 10 results you need to maximize the potential of
your website. As usual we will aim to get you at the top with most, if not all,
of the key phrases you give us on most, if not all, of the top 15 search engines.
The Gold service also includes

all your top 10 results sent to you every 4-6 weeks or upon request.

Full consultation
about choosing your key phrases. You know your business and we know the search
engines. We will give you all the help you need to pick the phrases that your
potential customers are most likely to type in.

The option to change
any key phrases free of charge every three months to reflect seasonal changes
in your business.

Unlimited technical
support. We have dedicated lines for each technician so we can liaise with you
while we work on your behalf.

Our S.E. Webtracker
gives you full reports on your hits per hour/day/week as well as showing you,
which search engines people are using, and what phrases your visitors have typed
in. Normally £95, the Webtracker is available to Gold service customers
for a trial period of 3 months with the option to purchase the tracker at £49
for the remainder of the year.

We will submit
your url to the Inktomi search/submit database, allowing your web content searchable
through over 50 Inktomi Web partners. This would normally cost £49 per year,
but as a Gold customer you get this service free of charge.
The cost of this service is an annual payment of £499
+ VAT (includes £149 initial service and four quarterly payments
at the discounted rate of £87.50). This is a saving
of £246 plus you get the above extra services. We are able to offer
this discount as this reduces our administration and banking costs and saves us
the time of collecting quarterly charges.
It's as simple
as that. You don't have to take our word for it; check up on the results we get
at any time by going to the search engines. You are not signed up to us beyond
the year and there are absolutely no further charges to be paid.
The Gold Advanced is for companies
who need a more bespoke service. We will engineer your site as usual and
get you the Top 10 results you need to maximize the potential of your website.
As usual we will aim to get you at the top with most, if not all, of the key phrases
you give us on most, if not all, of the top 15 search engines.
The Gold Advanced also includes
the following features
